The cost of a replacement iPhone screen costs between $50-$400, and Bausen Technology LLC charges $50 for installation of the replacement screen.

I really need my phone/tablet. Can I have it back today?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. We strive to provide service as quickly as we can.
 
Feel free to call anytime if you have questions/concerns, and if you leave a voicemail, we will get back to you as soon as possible. However, turnaround time is not guaranteed.
 
Bausen Technology LLC operates around the normal business hours of Monday-Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and Saturday (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM). We are closed on Sundays.

Do you perform screen replacements for items other than iPhones?

Yes!
 
While we carry most iPhone screens on hand due to the massive amount of smart phone models on the market, we cannot carry all models in stock. However, as long as we can order the part for you, we will be happy to perform a screen replacemnet, so please feel free to call or email us for availability and pricing.

Question 4

I purchased my own replacement screen on the internet, so I have the part already. Can you use that and charge me for labor only?"

Unfortunately, no.
 
Due to a large number of negative experiences in the past, we currently do not use customer provided parts. Often these screens have defects in them, at which point Bausen Technology LLC needs to be able to speak to the validity of our work without causing you an extra cost for another screen and further frustration.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We charge a 3% fee on all credit card transactions.
